QMS (Quality Management System)
We have implemented QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Achieving the Quality policy and objectives through documented systems and procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements.
Traceability: We follow 100 % traceability procedure from the time we receive the raw material and till we dispatch the finished product to our customers.
Elemental Metal Analysis
To test and ensure the chemical composition of the materials, we have SPECTRO-CHECK equipment, which is imported from Germany. By verifying the elemental metal analysis, we can empower the material meeting to the standards.
NDT Testing
Our unit is equipped with NDT Testing facilities like,
Magnetic Particle Inspection
To detect Surface and subsurface Defects.
Ultrasonic Testing Machine
To test internal soundness of the material.
Handheld XRF Analyzer
To test and ensure the anti-mix up of different grades, we have XRF Analyzer equipment made by OLYMPUS. By using this XRF Analyzer, we can do elemental analysis of metallic materials and ensure 100% anti-mix of grades for the customers who demands it.
Mechanical Properties Testing
For Mechanical properties testing we are having,
Universal Testing Machine
To ensure properties like Yield Strength, Tensile Strength, Percentage Elongation and Percentage reduction in Area.
Hardness Tester
To ensure surface hardness of the material in BHN Scale and HRB/HRC Scale.
